THREE RHYMING RIDDLES

Made of two bodies joined,

Without foot or hand;

And yet you will find

I can both run and stand.

We are guards of a precious gate,

We may be curled, we may be straight;

We may be painted, even in black,

We always defend, but never attack.

I come to your home uninvited,

But not through the window or door;

You can also find me packed in a can

In your neighborhood market or store.
