A sleepy teller - a mental lapse -
So tellers need their mid-day naps.

Think of a two-word phrase describing sleepy tellers from which you can remove one letter from the first word and add it to the end of the second word to form a new two-word phrase that has to do with a different line of work.

HINT:
The second line of work has to do with bread (real bread - not money).
