TWO RHYMING RIDDLES

1)
My host thinks me an irritation, a bother and a pain,
But since he can't evict me, it's here I will remain;
Yet one day, when I am ready, I indeed will be removed,
To sit upon a jeweler's shelf, or even in the Louvre.

2)
Black of eye and yellow of hair,
Fast fastened to the ground;
I follow my master all the day
As he races this world around.
