TWO RHYMING RIDDLES

1)

Strong and silent in air and river,

A dreadful shock I can deliver;

Change a letter and I'm off the vine,

Change it back - I'm this moment in time.

2)

At the North Pole I happened to spy

Fifty animals swimming by.

I saw ten seals chasing their tails;

I saw ten walruses, I saw ten whales.

I saw ten polar bears, me oh my!

So how many penguins went swimming by?
