STUMPERS XXVI

What common eight-letter expression, meaning "failure," contains three pairs of double letters?  The first letter is G, the fourth is S, and the expression consists of two words.

The first pair of double letters comes after the G. The second pair after the S, and the third pair finishes the expression.
