THREE-FOR-ALL I

In the trios below, a common phrase is disguised by having each of its words replaced by a word that commonly follows it. For example, given the clue words ache, bleed, and lozenge, the answer would be ear, nose, and throat - as in ear ache, nose bleed, and throat lozenge.
