CONNECTING FLIGHTS I
Credit: GAMES/WORLD OF PUZZLES Magazine
Stephen Sniderman - Sept. 1999

This puzzle is a variation on the game Geography, in which you name a place starting with the final letter of the previously named place. In this case, you are given the first and third geographical locations and must supply the connecting name.  However, this middle name may start with one or more of the letters at the end of the first name, and may end with one or more letters at the beginning of the last one. For example, given the clue

HOBOKEN__________YOUNGSTON,

the answer word would be TUCK - as in Ken(tuck)y.

Notice that the letters that fill the blanks spell common words, which are listed in alphabetical order at the bottom of the puzzle. Each word will be used exactly once. The missing  name may be any city, state, province, or country.
