TWO RHYMING RIDDLES

1)
It's found in the house, though it be but a hut,
It's found in the hound, though it be but a mutt.
It's always in sugar, but never in tea,
It's a part of yourself, but it's no part of me.

2)
I never was, am always to be,
No one has, or ever will see me;
Closer to sunset, farther from sunrise,
I will live on 'til time's demise.
