There are many three-word expressions in English of the form live and learn, trick or treat, down to earth, and so on. Almost always, the first and third words are different. But there are at least  seven such expressions in which both the first and third words are the same. How many can you name? (The middle words can vary in some cases.)

(Possible) answers:

ALL IN ALL
BACK TO BACK
DAY BY DAY
DOOR TO DOOR
FACE TO FACE
NECK AND NECK
TIME AFTER TIME
