A Spoonerism is a form of wordplay in which the initial consonant sounds of two words are interchanged to get two new words. For example, LIGHT RAIN and RIGHT LANE. Think of a two-word instruction commonly seen on containers that can be spoonerized into two words naming two things commonly seen at the beach.
Answer:
The instruction is SHAKE WELL - which can spoonerized into WAKE and SHELL.
