WELL AND GOOD .......... AND PLENTY I

Instead of the usual two-word phrase, _______ and _______, the clues below add an additional blank - with the key word in the middle. Fill in the blanks with words so that the word in the middle completes a familiar two-word phrase beginning with the word in the first blank, and begins a familiar two-word phrase ending with the word in the second blank.
