Many US state names use the same letter multiple times - CONNECTICUT, for example. If all the duplicate letters are removed from CONNECTICUT, we are left with OEIU. There are no anagrams for OEIU. But if the same process is applied to five particular states, the remaining letters can be anagrammed into the five words below. What are the five states?
