FIVE RHYMING RIDDLES

1)
I am only a head,
I have nothing within;
I have no mouth,
But speak through my skin.

2)
You can find me on a face;
I'm frequently in a vase.
Precise by definition,
Yet to one man I am different.

3)
My first a place hikers may enjoy;
My second a counter to "employ."
My whole - scenery does destroy.

4)
Take a word of letters eight,
A word that means "alleviate."
Replace the first letter with the one that precedes it in the alphabet,
And "to engage in legal proceedings" is what you'll get.

5)
We make decisions that are lightning fast.
Once our bag is open, we tend not to last.
What are we? (two things)
