    INDICT - To formally charge or accuse of a crime

2. INURE - To accustom/harden oneself to something unpleasant
    IMMURE - To enclose/imprison someone against their will
 
3. DACHA - A Russian vacation home
    DACHAU - A notoriously brutal Nazi concentration camp

4. MOXIE - Force of character, determination, nerve (courage)
    CHUTZPAH - (Yiddish) Nerve 
    negatively, as in gall/arrogance
