FIVE RIDDLES

1. I have two legs, but they touch the ground only when I am at rest.

2)

I have no mind of my own;
But ponder this before you judge,
And know I'm nobody's fool.
For there is no language I cannot speak,
Though I never went to school.

3)
I'm one of five; I'm not alive.
The one who sent me forth became a king;
The one who received me died.
What am I?

My life is measured in hours,
I serve by being devoured.
