Is it possible for all the members of a baseball team to finish a game with the same batting averages with which they started the game?
Answer:
Yes..........In the first game of the season, if a no-hitter is pitched, the members of the losing team finish the game exactly as they started---with a .000 average. This happened in 1940 when Bob Feller, pitching for the Cleveland Indians, pitched a no-hitter against the Chicago White Sox.
