FIVE RHYMING RIDDLES

1)
A warrior among the flowers,
He bears a thrusting sword;
Using it when he must,
To defend his golden hoard.

2)
Twice ten are six,
Nine are but four;
Six are but three,
What can we be?

3)
In the sea I cover flesh and bones,
In music I cover notes and tones;
At home I measure the heft of men,
Many call upon me saying one through ten.
I measure grades and scores of every kind,
In law I show justice and fairness of mind.

4)
What can't be chased but can be caught,
Is present in winter more often than not?

5)
I'm a verb and I'm a noun,
I don't use sight, I do use sound;
I'm unique, so it's said,
I'm alive and I'm dead.
Living flesh or made of wood,
Do you know me? By now you should.
