FIVE RHYMING RIDDLES

1)
I shed my tears,
Then disappear

2)
On the chart I remain number one,
And my position will never be undone.

3)
They say there's one of me for everything,
But truly I'm one of only four;
Over and over we repeat - nature's revolving door.

4)
Astronomers can clearly prove
My whole is ever on the move;
The word curtailed, beyond dispute,
A carpenter's tool will constitute.
Curtail again, and then, I know,
A way to proceed to you will show.

5)
My voice is tender,
My waist is slender,
And I'm often invited to play;
Yet wherever I go I must take my bow,
Or else I have nothing to say.
