THREE RHYMING RIDDLES

1)
Perhaps a woman, but never a man,
This we know by the poet's hand;
It can't be reached by land - which is ironic,
Since its very name _ _ / _ _ _ _ .

2)
Voiceless it cries,
Wingless it flutters;
Toothless it bites,
Mouthless it mutters.

3)
I can't be tasted, smelled, felt, or heard,
But at any moment I fill half the world.

Answers:

1. ISLAND ("No man is an island" - John Donne)
2. Wind
3. Darkness
