INGREDIENTS

Some words contain letters that can be used to spell a related word. For example, INGREDIENTS contains the letters INSIDE, although not in that order. In this puzzle, you are given the letters of the shorter word in the order in which they appear in the longer word. Your job is to find both words. The first letter of each inside word is capitalized.

For example: Given the clue _ o _ S _ n, the inside (shorter) word would be SON and the outside (longer) word would be COUSIN. SON begins with S, as capitalized in the clue,  and COUSIN contains the letters S O N in the same order in which they appear in the clue (cOuSiN). SON and COUSIN are related in that they are both family members.
