SOUND BYTES I

Each riddle answer below has an answer that is made up of three "sound bytes" from the list of 18 words below the puzzle. For example, the answer to the first riddle is PARAGRAPH, which results from saying the following words in the correct order: PAIR, RUG, GRAPH. Can you DEE TERM IN the rest?
