SOUND BYTES III

Each riddle below has an answer that is made up of three "sound bytes" from the list of 18 words below the puzzle. For example, the answer to the first riddle is FAHRENHEIT, which results from saying the following words in the correct order: FAIR, WREN, HEIGHT. Can you DEE TERM IN the others?
