INTANGIBLES

Some common expressions like BARREL OF FUN contain a word that describes an intangible. quality - like FUN.  While a barrel is a tangible object, how can you put FUN into it? Can you think of any other expressions that involve an intangible quality contained in a (more or less) tangible object?
