RHYME AND REASON X
RHYME TIME MIX IV
From Brain Games for Word Nerds
Francis Heaney
The phrases below are common sayings in which every word has been replaced by a rhyming word. But the words are in alphabetical order - thus mixing up their normal left-to-right order.
For example, EVER FRIGHTENING MICE TYKES would be LIGHTNING NEVER STRIKES TWICE (FRIGHTENING EVER TYKES MICE). Once you find the first words, which may or may not be the first words of the mixed-up phrase, it's much easier - even thought the remaining words may still be out of order. The first words are given below as hints.
1. CALVING CLIMB DEN ONE PRIZE SURE
2. CRITTERS HAT HIS SHOT SMALL STROLLED
3. AID FEE FOOLS HER NEW OAKEN
