MIX AND MATCH

The letters in each word in Column I can be re-arranged and then placed in front of a word in Column II to make a new word. Additionally, a second re-arrangement of the words in Column I can be made and placed in front of second word - which you have to determine - to form yet another word. For example,

    I              II
ALP         NET

The answer words would be PLANET and PALACE.

ALP could be re-arranged to PLA and placed before NET to get PLANET

ALP could be re-arranged a second time to PAL - which could be placed before the new word (which you have to determine) ACE - to get PALACE
