PICTURESQUE SPEECH X

It must have been a frustrated poet who was writing the front-page weather boxes for a Mexico City newspaper. Here is a sample report:


Wafting wayward winds will sunder morning clouds, bringing a brazen blue beyond the dominant gray of Mexico's summer skies. But toward vespers, the sussurant sounds of the rain will hush the din of city streets.
