INITIAL LETTER SWITCH
Joseph Appel
Two words can be anagrammed together to get the word DEPARTMENT. If you switch the initial letters on those two words, the two new words can also be anagrammed into DEPARTMENT. (This is no surprise, of course, since you're just re-arranging the letters. The intriguing thing is, that in both cases, you have valid words.)
Answers:
TAMPER + DENT = DEPARTMENT
DAMPER + TENT = DEPARTMENT
