Building are designed to allow no place for water to pool. Even plants are selected that have no place for water to pool on their leaves. An undetectable amount of garlic is sprayed in the air - a smell notoriously hated by mosquitos. Disney even thought of the possibility of birds bothering visitors. Speakers near restaurants and potential nesting sights emit the sound of a distressed bird - keeping the birds away. It's an annoying sound, but it does the job.
