ANAGRAMS X

The best anagrams are those in which the anagrammed word has a striking relationship with the original word. ANGERED/ENRAGED, DORMITORY/DIRTY ROOM, ENDEARMENT/TENER NAME, A DECIMAL POINT/I'M A DOT IN PLACE are some famous examples. But in fact, most anagrams have little or nothing in common - EAST/SEAT, NEVER/NERVE, TORSO/ROOST, IGNORE/REGION, TENURE/NEUTER. So any set of anagrams that has even a loose connection is noteworthy.
