Answers:
1. A vegetarian eats no red meat, pork, poultry or fish. Eggs and dairy products are acceptable. However, there are variations in vegetarian diets - some allowing for poultry and fish. A vegan diet excludes all meat and animal products, fish, eggs, and dairy. A freegan is a person who rejects consumerism and seeks to help the environment by reducing waste, especially by retrieving and using discarded food and other goods (as from dumpsters).
