Each string of letters in the left-hand column contains a smaller word of two or more letters. Each string of letter in the right-hand column contains a smaller word that is the opposite of the smaller word in the left-hand column. Switch the opposite words to complete the two words longer words,  using all the letters in each one. Hint: Watch out for letter strings that conceal two or more smaller words. For example, BONICE conceals ON, ICE, and NICE.
