Drop one letter from each word in the left-hand column and add the remaining letters - in the same order - to the front or back of one of the words in the right-hand column to form a new word.
Example: If TEA were in the left-hand column and MALE in the right, you could drop the E from TEA and add the remaining TA to the front of MALE to get TAMALE.
