Answers: 

1. TULLE - A fine, sheer, light-weight, net-like fabric used for veils and tutus
    TOILE - A thicker, patterned fabric used for clothing or curtains / also as a "trial" fabric used as a draft garment
 
2. APPRISE - To inform or tell someone, keep up to date 
    REPRISE - Repeat an earlier role or performance
 
3. PLAUSIBLE - Seemingly reasonable or probable
    FEASIBLE - Practical, possible to do
 
4. BURNISH - Polish, as by rubbing, Improve - as a reputation
    BRANDISH - Wave around, as a weapon, as a threat in anger or excitement

    CHANTY - A rhythmic work song sung by sailors
