1. Sante Fe, New Mexico, founded in 1610, is the oldest capital city in the United States.

3. The Burpee is a full-body, compound exercise combining a squat, plank, optional push-up, and jump into one fluid movement. It is named after Royal H. Burpee, an American physiologist who invented the exercise in 1939 as a quick way to test physical fitness. The exercise was created for his Ph.D. thesis at Columbia University to assess cardiovascular and muscular fitness without equipment.

4. London's Heathrow Airport was named for the ancient hamlet of Heath Row - a row of houses on a heath demolished to build the airport.
