A few years ago, with the Fourth of July approaching, it was my job as safety officer of my Marine Corps unit to develop a slogan and to put up posters discouraging drinking over the holiday weekend. We had no accidents this year, and I attribute it partly to our slogan:

HE WHO COMES FORTH WITH A FIFTH ON THE FOURTH MAY NOT COME FORTH ON THE FIFTH.
