CRYPTO CLUES XXVI

GAMES Magazine
February/March,  1989
Emily Cox and Henry Rathvon

The answers to cryptic clues are disguised in wordplay. The key to solving is finding the dividing point(s) between the definition of the answer and the wordplay. For example, given the clue, Start of general admission for landed folks, the answer would be GENTRY. G is the start of GENERAL, ADMISSION is ENTRY, and landed folks are GENTRY.
